Suggested use for Adults: 2 teaspoons (10g) preferably 1 teaspoon (5g) twice daily. Mix well with at least 10-12 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage and drink immediately. For children 6-12 years, use 1/3 the adult dosage.
Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time.
