Upon receipt of the raw material, we again run HPLC tests thru independent laboratories.

In addition, testing is run for Peak E by HPLC, Melamine, Endotoxins, Aerobic Plate Count, Coliform, E. coli, Yeast and Mold, Salmonella, Mercury, Lead, Cadmium, Arsenic, Aluminum and Total Heavy Metals. All of our testing is provided by independent laboratories for quality assurance.  

Tryptophan is an essential amino acid which is the precursor to the sleep-inducing neurotransmitter Serotonin, and the appetite inhibiting hormone CCK.
