Healthy 'N Fit® MUSCULAR WEIGHT GAIN™ is specially formulated with whey, Casein & egg protein and amino acids to induce a quality weight gain of muscular body weight (not fat tissue). We add no hydrogenated vegetable oils or fats, starch or white sugar (sucrose), which add useless fat building calories as seen in competing brands.
