Jumpstart (optional)

- On the day before you begin your cleanse, take all 4 capsules with 24 ounces of water

- For your comfort, wait 15 minutes and drink an additional 12-24 ounces of water

- Do not eat any large meals prior to or while taking this product

- As part of the toxin elimination process, be sure to urinate frequently

- Avoid unwanted toxins Once you’ve completed your Jump Start cleanse, you should begin your daily regimen the following day.

The daily regimen is to be completed over a 7 day period.

Follow these simple instructions each day.

AM Regimen

- Take 4 capsules of Morning Solution on an empty stomach with a minimum of 16 oz of water

- ½ hour later, eat a balanced breakfast - Exercise a minimum of 15 minutes Snack

- Eat a small nutritious snack

- Drink a minimum of 16 ounces of water Lunch

- Eat a well balanced lunch

- Drink a minimum of 16 ounces of water Snack

- Eat a small nutritious snack

- Drink a minimum of 16 ounces of water PM Regimen

- Take 4 capsules of Evening Solution on an empty stomach with a minimum of 16 ounces of water - ½ hour later eat a well-balanced dinner

- Exercise a minimum of 15 minutes

Some Important Hints for you to keep in mind:

- Ensure that you drink a minimum of 96 ounces each day. Water is a natural cleanser and assists the body in relieving unwanted toxins.

- It is important that you do not take any additional vitamins or supplements during your cleanse.
