Sesame oil is rich in vitamins A, B, and E as well as iron, calcium, magnesium, and copper. The oil contains linoleic acid, alpha linoleic acid as well as lecithin. Triphala is a three-fruit combination of Amalaki fruit (Emblica officinalis), Bibhitaki fruit (Terminalia belerica), Haritaki fruit (Terminalia chebula) in equal proportions.
